Tilda with Flag

Good morning and a very happy Thursday! As you can see, Tilda is going to Oktoberfest and Edwin is enjoying a specialty beer. Adding Edwin was kind of an afterthought...something was missing and my husband actually insisted that I add Edwin!
I'm not quite sure it works....but, here it is!
I colored the images with copics and the flowers and rick rack are from Crafty Feelings. The beautiful brown lace was a gift from a dear friend...thank you Jacque!
The papers are designed by Kristine Moldenhauer Biseth. It is from her fall line and may be available at Inkido.
Thank you for visiting and have a wonderful day! Hugs, Christina

Christmas Party Tilda

Good morning everyone ...wishing you a very happy Thursday. It's RAINING in Wisconsin....for the next 3 days. We had 3" last night! Hope it is sunny in your part of the world.
I am falling behind on Christmas cards (too busy baking...hahahaha). This Christmas Tilda is from last year's collection and she is available at Diana's Magnolia-licious store. I think she is adorable. There are so many from last year's collection that have yet to see ink...LOL !!! Of course, I know we are all awaiting the new Christmas collection. One can never have enough stamps, right????
This card features papers from Webster's Pages, May Arts reindeer ribbon, and lace from my stash. Lots of stickles and Tilda was colored with copics.

Coffee and Pastries

Good afternoon everyone...hope you are all having a fabulous day. Today's post is not about cards. Today I had company from Norway and this is what I served. Since I live in rural America, I do not have the luxury of buying a nice pastry.....I have to bake it myself! What you see here is a Mandarin Torte, Paris-Brest (the filling is yummy custard) and my super chunky cookies.
I recently purchased a Keurig coffee system and if you are a coffee lover, it doesn't get any better than this!!!! The coffee comes in single-serve capsules which you simply insert and out comes the best tasting coffee. How convenient is that????
Hope you enjoyed my post today and thank you so much for visiting. Hugs and best wishes for a wonderful day! Christina

Tilda for Stampartic Color Challenge

Good afternoon everyone! A challenge at StampARTIC caught my eye. It is a color challenge and you can choose the colors you want by going horizontally, vertically, across, etc. With the colors in hand, I searched my papers and used the very first sheet I had my hands on! I'm not overly fond of yellow, but it was included in the color selection. I really love this image and she is available at Diana's Magnolia-licious store. I used MS pearls, Nellie Snellen dies,a Cuttlebug design and the papers are from Fancy Pants. Tilda is colored with copics.
Thank you for visiting and wishing you all a wonderful weekend. Hugs!
