Tilda Writing in her Diary

Good morning one and all! I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who visited my blog and left a comment. It is very much appreciated!!!! Thank you so much.
I made this card for Cute Card Thursday which required that you make some of the elements on your card. OK......so I took out my Nellie Snellen punches and I made the flowers. I also made the swirly background paper and embossed the corner adorners.
The image is, of course, Magnolia and the dp is BG Eva.
Wishing you a wonderful day. Hugs, Christina

Casting a Spell for MMSC51

Good morning! It's time again for the MMSC challenge and I decided to use the Spellcaster Tilda. I rotated the sketch so that the paper design could be used in the place of the flourish.
The papers are all Best Creations and the white background paper is the swirly wedding papers I had left over from making wedding invitations. The gold stickers are from Michael's and I used gold glitter around the edges of the Nestie cutout and Tilda's wand. Tilda is colored with copics.
Thanks for your visit. Hugs, Christina

My Craft Room

Hi everyone! Today, I thought I'd give you a peek into my "nonprofit enterprise" (a term concocted by my husband). Everything you see in this room was built by my husband, except of course the small white cabinet on the wall which I use for embellishments and some ribbon.
He even built the cabinet for my punches.......I could use 3 more of those!!!!!
He also built the desk and shelving and I simply love the peg board. It's such easy access to my Nesties......I don't have to look through all those CD cases. I didn't have enough hooks though for all of them so I have more hooks on order. That board will be full to capacity.
He built the two large cabinets on either side of the wall for all my "stuff".
I think it's time to quit buying........who am I kidding??????????????
Thanks for visiting my blog. Hugs, Christina

I made this card for two challenges: Friday Sketchers98, following a sketch by the wonderfully talented Inge and Stamp with Fun which simply required a card with the inclusion of an animal image
The dp is Bo Bunny's new line "Jazmyne". The gorgeous rose was a gift from my dear friend Jacque to which I applied gold Stickles. The image is colored with copics. This is a Whiff of Joy stamp from the animal collection.
Hope you have a wonderful day and I thank you for visiting my blog. Hugs, Christina

Tilda with Spring Bundler

Wow, I actually have time for a second post today. I had some extra crafting time today.....very rare indeed! I decided to make a card for the Magnolia-licious homepage which required flowers. The dp has so many flowers, I didn't think it required too much embellishment. I did use my new Nellie Snellen flower punch though for the flower on the right. I used a couple of different MS punches and some crystal stickers for the corners. Hope you like this cutie.
Thanks for coming by for a visit. Hugs, Christina

Destination.......Hofbrauhaus!

Hi everyone! Hope you are having a wonderful week. I made this card for MMSC48 using a wonderful Alota stamp I received from my dear friend Claudia. Thank you so much Sweetie! It reminds me of my homeland and, of course, the best place to be at the end of September...Munich!
I used DCWV Once Upon a Time papers and the wonderful brads were also a gift from Claudia. They are sooooo gorgeous!! I purchased the ribbon at a local craft shop. For me "local" is a 2-hour round trip!

Princess Tilda

Hello to all my friends and fellow bloggers. I'd like to show you another card I made a while back for Sketch Saturday, using the beautiful Princess Tilda image. I think this is a favorite stamp for all Magnolia lovers. I also knew that I wanted to use my stack of DCWV "Once Upon a Time" papers. I thought it would be the perfect choice for this cutie. I used gold glitter for her crown and also applied some to her dress. She was stamped, colored and cut out twice for additional dimension.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my card. Wishing you all a very happy Easter!

Edwin with his Easter Basket

Hello and a very happy April 1st. I needed another Easter card so I decided to use the sketch for Magnolia-licious created by the lovely and magnificently talented Claudia.
I used Bazzill for the base and the stamps are all from the new Easter Collection. I think this new collection is absolutely outstanding....I love every one of the images! Images are colored with copics. I used my new Nellie Snellen floral punch for the flowers. The papers are all from Magnolia.
Thank you so much for visiting my blog.
